My Cut2D-Laser license number does not work.

Problem:

Entering your license number does not work or is not recognised.

 

Cause:

Early kits included a Cut2D-Laser disk with the license number printed on the disk jacket.  Typing in the long license key could sometimes result in a zero and the letter 'O' or a 1 and the letter 'l' being mixed up.

 

Solution:

Double check you are entering the correct numbers and letters.

If you are still having problems, send an email directly to Vectric Support, support@vectric.com.
